By submitting your application to the New York Horror Show, you hereby acknowledge and agree that all information provided therein is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Furthermore, you understand and acknowledge that your application is subject to review and approval by the members of the New York Horror Show Management Department. Until such time as you have been contacted by one of the members of the aforementioned department and officially notified of the approval of your application, it shall not be deemed as accepted or authorized. It is imperative to note that in the event that any information contained in your application is found to be false, misleading, or fraudulent, the New York Horror Show reserves the right to deny your application and, additionally, impose a ban on your participation in any future shows organized by the aforementioned entity. We emphasize that the New York Horror Show reserves the absolute right to exercise its discretion in rejecting any application for reasons deemed appropriate and necessary by the management. Please be aware that the New York Horror Show's decisions regarding the approval or denial of any application are final and binding. The management holds the authority to determine the suitability of applicants based on its own criteria, which may include but is not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, experience, and adherence to the show's standards and guidelines. By submitting this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein. You further understand and accept that any violation of the terms set forth in this agreement may result in the immediate rejection of your application and the imposition of any applicable legal remedies.This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of New York. By submitting your application, you signify your understanding, acceptance, and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined above.
