In an effort to streamline the stallholder process, we are trialling a new one-stop-shop for stallholder expressions of interests.

This expression of interest form is to help us gauge your early interest in Thatcham Town Councils Events in 2024.  Once you have submitted details, we will be in touch to confirm your stalls and send an invoice. Once we receive your expression of interest, you will receive a copy of your request via the email you provide. If you don't receive this within two hours please email to ensure we have received your request. We know that there is a small bug in this email which means you can't see which events you have selected, but rest assured that this information does appear on your application.

Applications will be taken on a first come first served basis, although we reserve the right to decline any applications, and we will inform you either way if your application is or is not successful. Your pitch will only be confirmed when you have paid your invoice and supplied all relevant forms. All pitches are non-refundable.
