to you missing a rehearsal, performance, or competition (unless it is a last-minute emergency).
Per District Policy, ALL excuses can ONLY be submitted by the student's parent/legal guardian.
Failure to submit this form will result in an unexcused absence, which can ultimately impact the students' role in the program.
