2. The person in charge is responsible for the condition in which the room is left, and must make certain that it is in order for the next class. Chairs and tables may not be removed from the room. If chairs and tables are rearranged within a room, they must be returned to the original order at the end of the session.
3. All courses, seminars, rounds, meetings, etc., are scheduled to begin on the hour (or half hour) and end ten minutes before the hour (or half hour.) This schedule must be adhered to in order to avoid conflicts with other scheduled classes and events.
4. Room requests must be submitted 72 hours (3 business days) prior to the date the room is needed. Requests 24-48 hours prior, will be denied.
