MTU Michigander Scholars (MS) Application

Michigan Tech is working in partnership with the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) to help build talent and opportunities related to electric vehicle (EV), battery, and semiconductor design, research, and production.  As a part of the MS program, we seek to identify and support MTU students who are interested in jobs in Michigan that focus on these areas, to include software development and electrical, industrial, and computer engineerint and opportunities related to electric vehicle (EV), battery, and semiconductor design, research, and production.  As a part of the MS program, we seek to identify and support MTU students who are interested in jobs in Michigan that focus on these areas, to include software development and electrical, industrial, and computer engineering.

Among the ways Michigander Scholars supports MTU students is scholarships - $5,000 for interning or doing research with participating employers and $10,000 for accepting a post-graduation job offer from one of them; the cap is $10,000.
