As mentioned at the top of this page, this form is to be used by WDMCS students who need Chromebook support when SCHOOL IS NOT IN SESSION, such as Summer or Winter Break. If you need help during the school year, please see your teacher or Librarian for assistance.
If you are filling this out during a break from school, we will call or email you directly to provide further instruction. Please watch your email and your phone! We may call you from a number that is not listed in your phone, so please pick up... We aren't telemarketers. :)
Most often you will hear from us within the same or next business day, but please allow us up to two business days to get back to you. Please don't enter a second ticket for the same issue unless it's been more than 48 hours and you have not heard from us!
