Al-Falah Evening/Saturday School
This form is to record the details of parents enrolling their children, ages 7-15.

Al-Falah Evening School 

We will be accepting 10 students per class, and will have three classes: 
  • Batch 1 is 4:30 to 5:40 PM
  • Batch 2 is 5:40 to 6:50 PM
  • Batch 3 is 6:50 to 8:00 PM
Evening school is only for boys, on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Parents can state their preference for Batch 1, 2 or 3, but we will prioritize based on the earlier registrations and siblings who attend the same class. Evening class fees are $70.

Al-Falah Saturday School 

We will be accepting 10 students per class, and will have two classes: 
  • Batch 1 is 10:00 to 11:55 AM
  • Batch 2 is 12:00 to 2:00 PM
Saturday school is for boys and girls, Saturday mornings.

Parents can state their preference for Batch 1 or 2, but we will prioritize based on the earlier registrations and siblings who attend the same class. Saturday class fees are $50.

All students will pay a $30 registration fee to cover the cost of books

For ease in withdrawing fees, parents will be asked to download this form, fill one form per family, and then print it and hand it over to Imam Patel or Hussein Abdu, to complete the registration of your child(ren). Registration will be pending until a completed form is received in the Masjid.
