Gang Show24 - OVER 18 CREW / HELPERS Registration Form
High Wycombe Gang Show is returning with 4 public performances at Wycombe Abbey's Lancaster Arts Centre in April 2024. We will be producing a variety show with songs, dancing and sketches performed by a cast made up from members of scouting and guiding. 

Public performances will be Thurs 4th - Sat 6th Apr 2024. 
Cast will need to be available every evening Tues 2nd - Fri 5th April and all day and all evening Sat 6th April - no exceptions. 

Cast rehearsals will begin in January and continue every Tuesday evening and some Sunday afternoons at The Downley School. There will be a launch and information evening in December. 
All dates and times will be confirmed later.

We could not run our Gang Show without our crew and helpers. Thank-you for volunteering!

If you are interested in being involved in any way, there are 3 STEPS TO COMPLETE:-

1. Complete the form below so we have your details. 
This does NOT commit you to anything at this stage! We quite understand that some of you will not know until much closer to the time if you can help due to work etc.  

2. You will receive an email from us in Sept ( we will process cast applications first ) and that email will have a link for you to follow to sign up to our new PORTAL system. You must follow this link to register onto that system which is how we will manage all cast & crew communications and attendance and store data. 

3. In October we will then confirm all further details with you.  
Please note that if you have NOT completed step 2 (login to portal), we will not be able to send you final details and you will not be able to volunteer

HWGS is a fully inclusive show for all abilities - we do NOT audition.
