2026 NCSCA Graduate Poster Session Call for Proposals

The 2026 North Carolina School Counselor Association (NCSCA) Fall Conference will be held November 4 - 6 at the Embassy Suites Resort & Convention Center in Concord, NC. We will host a Graduate Student Poster Session and we are now accepting submissions! The Graduate Student Poster Session will be on Thursday, November 5, 2026.

Submission: Graduate students submit a proposal for a poster presentation by completing this Google Form.

Deadline for Submission is Friday, September 23, 2026 at 11:59pm.

Notice of poster session acceptance will be e-mailed to first presenters by Friday, September 28, 2026.

Important note: First presenters will receive a complimentary conference registration for Thursday sessions if they wish to attend the entire day. First presenters will be automatically registered for the conference. Second, third, etc presenters do not have to register for the conference if they are only participating in the graduate poster session. Second, third, etc presenters wishing to attend conference sessions should register and pay for the conference. More details on attendance will follow.
