Hello! ºoº  My name is Lauren Petro and I’m a Disney Travel Planner with MickeyTravels.  Nice to “meet” you.  I am thrilled that you are considering a Walt Disney World Vacation for your family and I would love to help you with your plans.

Here's a little bit more about me:  
I am a Disney-only travel agent that has specialized training and education from the Disney College of Knowledge.  I work for MickeyTravels, which is a Diamond Authorized Disney Vacation Planner Agency.  This is the highest level distinction a travel agency can achieve with Disney.  I am a Disney-loving mom to two kids, my daughter is 8 and my son is 12.  I office out of San Antonio, Texas.  

As a Disney Travel Agent, I can book the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, the Disneyland Resort in California, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, and Adventures by Disney.  

When you book your vacation with a MickeyTravels agent you do not pay any added fees.  Your vacation package cost is direct from Disney and the same pricing you would see if you went online and booked your vacation yourself.  Disney has a travel agent commission built into their pricing, so if you do not use a travel agent, Disney keeps the commission.  If you use a travel agent, Disney gives the commission to the agent after you travel.  

The benefit to using a Disney Travel Agent, is that you will have me as a knowledgeable support person to help guide you and plan your trip.  Most people love having one point-of-contact with Disney when planning their vacations.  I will assist with itinerary planning, dining reservations, and I will be able to offer recommendations and support for other aspects of your vacation.  This support includes while you are on vacation if you have any problems or questions.

Please note: Disney pricing is date-based, so narrowing down your dates will be important in order for me to provide the most accurate quotes. Or, if you could provide the month you would like to travel and I would be happy to recommend dates.  In general, weekends will always be slightly more crowded than weekdays and holidays/school holidays always see higher crowds.  I know these cannot always be avoided.
