*** What is FBLA? ***Future Business Leaders of America, Inc. (FBLA) is the largest business Career and Technical Student Organization in the world. Each year, FBLA helps over 230,000 members prepare for careers in business.
The mission of FBLA is to inspire and prepare students to become community-minded business leaders in a global society through relevant career preparation and leadership experiences.
New Jersey FBLA provides a competitive event program for Middle School, High School, and Collegiate Students. The top winners at the State Leadership Conference then qualify to advance to the National Leadership Conference and compete against students from all over the nation!
*** How Can I Help? ***Our competitive event program relies on the assistance of adult volunteers who assess the performances of competitors. Performances include speeches, presentations, and role plays. Our student members work very hard on their competitive events and value the feedback and experience that they receive from presenting to adults with real life business experience.
