#MentalHealthMatters 2018
LonePack is planning a campaign for World Mental Health Day centered around the hashtag #MentalHealthMatters. Therefore, we'd like to invite you to share your experiences with mental health and why you believe #MentalHealthMatters in the form of a short video. The video could be 1-2 minutes long, and shot even with the front camera of your phone as long as the audio and video quality are decent (English/Regional languages). Once you do that, please do share it with us in the form of a Google Drive link or email the same to contact@lonepack.org. This video will then be shared on our social media pages and other platforms as part of our campaign. Please note that by filling this form you are giving your consent for the same.

You can talk about your personal experiences with mental health, or even that of watching a close friend or loved one go through a difficult time. The objective of this campaign is to inspire emotion in people and push them towards acknowledging mental health as a priority in mainstream conversation. Mental health is a topic that is relevant for everyone, and we'd like to highlight diverse perspectives and experiences on the same. It would also help other people feel comfortable enough to come forward as well to share their experiences.

Just a small request, please try to end the video with "Mental Health Matters" as that is the main focus of the campaign!

PS. Anyone concerned about anonymity can also send in their written testimonials instead.

It would be great if you could connect us with other people who would be interested in sharing their experiences as well. We would be happy to answer any questions/concerns over social media or email (contact@lonepack.org)
