The Sumas Family Foundation was founded in 2019 as a way for Village Super Market and the Sumas Family to further help the communities we serve. This is in addition to the programs and support we provide throughout the year directly from Village.
As a member of our Village Family, we know that your roots run deep in your own communities and that you may be aware of local organizations who could use some additional support. The YOU CHOOSE. We Give. Microgrant program was created just for our associates, so you can have a say in where donations go & what you are passionate about in your own community.
For each month in 2025, two $5,000 microgrant will be awarded to an organization that a Village Super Market associate is involved with or passionate about. In order to be considered, organizations must serve our local communities OR must have a local chapter in one of Village Supermarket's four states (NY, NJ, PA, MD). The non-profit will be evaluated for its eligibility.
Please fill out all information below to be considered for the grant. If your organization is not selected this month, your organization will remain in the following month's applications. You do NOT need to submit monthly. We welcome associates to continue to submit applications for new organizations. Organizations can receive up to one grant per year.
