Thank you for your interest in the Youth Exchange under Erasmus+  programme Step Up for Climate which will take place in Antalya, Türkiye, from 4 to 12 May 2026.

Please complete this application form carefully, as the information you provide will help us ensure your stay is well-prepared and comfortable.  

Before filling out the form, we kindly ask you to read the INFOPACK once again to make sure you are fully informed and ready for the project.

To ensure fairness and transparency, the selection will be based on: the relevance of the applicant's profile to the project objectives; motivation and demonstrated commitment; potential to contribute to follow-up activities. We also strive for a balanced group in terms of gender and other diversity aspects.

By submitting this application form, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of participant selection for the project "Step Up for Climate" under the Erasmus+ program. The data you provide will be used exclusively for the selection process and will be shared with the respective sending organizations, which will be granted access to this Google document to review applications.

Your personal data will be temporarily stored on Google Drive, a service provided by Google LLC, which means that data may be processed on servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. The transfer of data to the United States is based on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), which aim to provide safeguards ensuring GDPR compliance.
