IFlourish is a 501c3 non-profit organization and mentorship program empowering black girls in elementary through high school to break barriers to achieve their goals and be fearless, resilient, and self-confident leaders. Through our school-based programming, iFlourish provides middle and high school girls with curriculum, mentors, project-based learning activities, and career exploration opportunities.
Listed below are various partnership opportunities:
- School-Based Partners: Schools that host iFlourish programs onsite and collaborate to support student participation. This may include providing a weekly meeting space, supporting recruitment of students, coordinating schedules and communication, or collaborating with counselors or SEL(Social Emotional Learning) staff.
- Community & Nonprofit Partners: Organizations that align with our mission and support
programming through shared resources or co-facilitation. This may include co-leading workshops or sessions, sharing space or volunteers, supporting family engagement efforts, pr extending wrap around services. - Corporate & Professional Partners: Businesses and professionals who support programming through mentorship, career exposure, or expertise. This may include employee volunteers or mentors, guest speakers or panelists, career exploration opportunities, or podcast interview participation.
- In-Kind Partners: Organizations or companies that provide materials, space, or resources. This may include donating journals, supplies, or wellness materials, digital media equipment, meeting or event space, or printing and promotional support.
