Requirements for Awards
Nominations for all awards must include a short bio of the individual, group or agency and a description of the nominee's activity and achievements in the area indicated. The nominator should inform the nominee of the award nomination since all those nominated will receive a Certification of Nomination to recognize their efforts in the area indicated.
