2017 Summer Camp & Recreation Expo - Vendor Form
The 2017 Spring/Summer Camp & Recreation Expo will be held on April 8, 2017 in conjunction with the Mom2Mom Used Clothing & Toy Sale.

EARLY BIRD (before Feb 28/17) - $65.00 per space
LATE REGISTRATION (after March 1/17) - $75.00 per space
Please note - space is limited, so register early to guarantee your spot!

Swag bags will be given to the first 100 people through the doors. Vendors are asked to provide 100 small items - coupons, info packages etc....

Priority registration will be given to day camps, overnight camps, specialty camps, recreation programs, specialty and academic programs, sports programs for youth.

Each space is provided with one 8 foot banquet table and two chairs.

Businesses registered for the Expo will receive discounts in the Chestermere & Strathmore Camp guides.

Payment
How would you like to pay?
Invoices and reciepts are sent via email, with a receipt to follow when payment is made. Your registration is not complete until payment is made.
The fine print
Early Bird Registration Deadline is February 28, 2017. Late registration may be taken based on availability.

Setup will commence no earlier than 7:30 am on the day of the sale. Exhibitors must be set up by 9:30 am.

All exhibitors with any edible products or beverages must comply with the Alberta Health Services and apply for and obtain a Vendor permit as required within the allotted time frame. Vendors without the proper permits to serve or sell any edible food item etc could face fines and may be ineligible to participate in the Expo.
