2026 Vendor Application Form
Thank you for your interest in joining the Castro Valley Marketplace First Fridays & Makers Markets by Arté. The monthly events are smaller activations that are thematically curated with larger Summer (August), Autumn (October) and Holiday (December 3&4) Markets. All events will run from 5-8pm, featuring live music & performances, arts & crafts, and special limited-time offerings from our partner merchants, with an exception for the December holiday markets, which will go from 3-9pm.

Please fill out this form to apply for the market. You will receive an email confirmation of your admission into the markets by these dates: 
August Summer Market & Mixer - by July 6
September Market - by Aug 10
October Autumn Harvest Market - by Sept 7
November - by Oct. 5
December Holiday Market - by Oct. 5

The vendor fee will be $100 for a single day for Feb-November markets. The December market is $125/day for a single day or $100/day if both days are booked. All vendors must bring their own 6ft table and linens, unless otherwise specified.
