FY21 First Week Emergency Schedule Changes
Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! This form is ONLY for FIRST WEEK EMERGENCY SCHEDULE CHANGES. This is the only method that will be used for schedule change requests. Please refrain from sending e-mails directly to school counselors and/or teachers, as it will DELAY and possibly PREVENT your request from being acted upon.
Reasons TO COMPLETE THIS FORM:
- Missing a CORE Class (English, Math, Science, Social Studies if in 10th-12th)
- Missing a course needed to meet diploma requirements (Fine Arts, PE, Academies, etc.)
- Scheduled for a course already taken
- Wrong sequence of course (ex: Chemistry before Biology)
DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
-Changing a teacher
-Changing a lunch period
-Changing the period you are scheduled for course
-Student dissatisfied with a course
As soon as your schedule is changed you will get an e-mail from someone in guidance letting you know the change has occurred.
