FY23 MA04 Community Project Funding Request Form
I am looking forward to serving my constituents across the Fourth District of Massachusetts and supporting Community Funding Project requests in the Fiscal Year 2023 Appropriations bill. In Fiscal Year 2022, your input helped my office identify ten Community Project Funding opportunities and secure $16.2 million in federal funds to support those projects. In order to ensure that I am hearing directly from my constituents, I have created this form to solicit Community Project Funding requests for Fiscal Year 2023. Please take the time to let me know about your Community Project Funding requests and how my office can help you.
