Post-Natal yoga is yoga practised with your baby. It will improve your posture, flexibility, strength and endurance. You will interact, communicate, touch, play and have fun with your baby encouraging healthy development, relaxation and sleep.
Babies can be thirsty after massage so please have a bottle available if you are bottle feeding even if it’s not your baby’s usual feeding time.
Baby massage enhances natural bonding, is beneficial to your baby’s healthy development and relieves discomfort caused by colic and other digestive problems. Baby massage soothes and promotes good sleep.
