This is for all players participating in the East Coast Power event hosted by GAV on Sunday 5/21.

This must be submitted prior to arrival.

DO NOT COME EARLY TO CHECK IN.

PLAYERS ONLY come to the main GAV tents during your check in window.

We will give you a range of courts to go to during your check in window.

12U/13U: 8:00-8:30am
14U: 8:30-9:00am
15U/16U/17U/18U: 9:00-9:30am

I will send my player up to the tent during the correct check in window and not before.

Acknowledgement of Cancellation Policy *

If your plans change and you are not coming, email info@greatamericanvolleyball.com prior to 8am on Sunday so we are not waiting for you at the beach.

I will notify GAV by email no later than 8am on Sunday 5/21 if I am no longer coming.

Acknowledgement of Location Restrictions *

The following restrictions are in place in Point Pleasant:

$14/person beach badges are required.
Coolers may not exceed 13x13x13 inches and you will be turned away.
No Tents.
All umbrellas must be set up along the water side of the courts. No shade structures between the endlines or sidelines.
Additional instructions may be given by Jenkinson's or GAV Staff.

I will respect the above guidelines.
