Work Site Leaders have the following responsibilities:

Answer questions about your contract
Answer questions about the HCU Constitution and Bylaws
Know the benefits of union membership
Keep worksite bulletin boards updated and distribute union information
May represent members in meetings

Union leaders will provide training for new work site leaders and are available to support you in your role.
