Please complete this form on behalf of your group, business or organization to participate in the Thomas Merton Center 50th Anniversary Celebration Fundraiser.

We want you to table at a massive, public outdoor festival on September 3, 2022 from 12-6pm at Allegheny Commons North, E North Ave & Cedar Ave 15212
BUT we want you to do more than just bring your literature and swag. This is an opportunity for guests to engage with the work you do, through fun games or activities, live workshops, crafts, or interactive, educational material. This could be a themed carnival-booth style game that teaches attendees about your work, a performance, banner-making or other art projects, voter registration or- for groups that do direct aid- a chance to share resources like a hygiene distro or Narcan giveaway. Be creative! The point is to build real connections and have memorable interactions with people across all ages and intersections of our community.
You can just table if you want, but we’d love it if you took it to the next level.

What else can you do?
-We’re looking for 2-5 organizations to step up as Hosts of this event by joining the Planning Committee and helping with outreach for sponsorship and organizational participation. Event Hosts will be given prime tabling locations and an opportunity to speak during the event about your organization, in addition to being listed on all promotional materials.
-Everyone is encouraged to share the event and this letter with your networks and will be provided with a Social Media toolkit. However, please consider wishing TMC a Happy 50th by creating your own content that describes how you’ve benefited from collaborating with the TMC.
-Provide financial support by sponsoring the event or sharing a congratulatory message in our program booklet.
