I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the St. Silas Pen Pal Training Handbook in its entirety. I agree to abide by all guidelines, including:

All correspondence shall be conducted exclusively via St. Silas. No direct modes of communication are permitted.

I commit to regular correspondence. If I need to withdraw I will contact the Pen Pal Coordinator.

I will refer the person I am writing to St. Silas Prison Ministry for any pastoral care, priest visitation, study materials, or related requests.

I will notify St. Silas if I stop receiving letters from my pen pal, wish to withdraw from the program, or if I encounter any issues in correspondence.

I will not claim to represent St. Silas in any official capacity, and will not conduct any training, public events, or media interactions using the St. Silas name, logo or materials without the explicit, written authorization of St. Silas.
