In order to participate in this vaccination clinic, you MUST BE ELIGIBLE. This includes:

- Individuals age 50 and over
- People with a high chance of exposure (specific industries: agriculture and food, education and childcare, emergency services)
- Individuals age 16 or older at higher risk (18 or older for this Moderna vaccine clinic). Higher risk includes a very limited number of conditions. To read more about vaccine eligibility, please visit the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) website: https://covid19.ca.gov/vaccines/

This vaccination clinic will be held at the Monterey Conference Center, 1 Portola Plaza, Monterey, CA 93940.

To sign up for a clinic, click on the link below. Once you have selected your appointment time, you will need to add your personal information. If there is no appointment slot available, please add yourself to the wait list as we anticipate being able to vaccinate some on that list. Under the insurance information section, please select "None" as we do not need that information; there is no cost associated with getting vaccinated. The clinic will be held at the Monterey Conference Center; please DISREGARD the title of the clinic that states it will be at Monterey Fire Station 1.

Please arrive about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We are required to turn away people who are not yet eligible to receive the vaccine.

This clinic will be providing the Moderna vaccine and those receiving their first dose at this clinics will be invited to a follow-up clinic approximately 28 days later to receive their second dose.

The Moderna dose is only available to those age 18 or older.

Parking is available (first hour free) in the Downtown West Garage, located at 340 Tyler Street.
