For centuries, it has been the tradition of the Roman Catholic Church that the month of November be set aside to remember in a special way those who have died. While these important people have made the transition from this life through death to eternal life, and are no longer physically present with us, their memories continue to live on in our hearts. Our faith reminds us that not even death can separate us from those we love. In keeping with this cherished tradition, we would like to invite you to share the names of deceased family members and friends, in the space below, before the month of November.
The names will be printed out and placed in a basket in front of the altar in our Chapel before November 1st, which is All Saint’s Day in the Catholic Church. During the entire month of November the Archbishop Mitty community will remember your loved ones in our masses and prayers. You are welcome to attend our Memorial Mass on All Saints’ Day, Friday, November 1, 2024 at 7:45AM in the AMHS Chapel as we pray in a special way for our community’s loved ones.
