Registration/Entry Form - please complete a form for each entry. All entrees are $20 except for those noted as free. Funds are used for advertising, trophies, Santa and other tools for the parade. Donations are greatly appreciated.

By submitting this form the entrant and participants of the entry agree that:

- It is the responsibility of the entrant to carry full and complete insurance coverage on their vehicle

- Entrant assumes ALL RISKS INVOLVED IN OR ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE PARADE including, without limitation but not limited to, the risks of death, bodily injury, property damage, falls, and collisions with vehicles, horses or stationary objects, fire or explosion, the unavailability of emergency medical care, or the negligence or deliberate act of another person.

- Entrant agrees to hold EL PASO COUNTY, The TOWN OF CALHAN, CALHAN AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES PARADES AND EVENTS and all of its successors, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and/or agents completely harmless and not liable and release them from all liability whatsoever and AGRESS NOT TO SUE them on account or in connection with any claims, causes of action, injuries, damages, cost or expenses arising out of Entrants participation in the parade or presence at parade, include without limitation, those based on death, bodily injury, property damage, including consequential damages. 

- Entrant agrees to waive the protection afforded by any statute or law in any jurisdiction whose purpose, substance and/or effect is to provide that a general release shall not extend to claims, material or otherwise, which the person giving the release does not know or suspect to exist at the time of the executing the release.

- Entrant agrees to indemnify and defend EL PASO COUNTY, The TOWN OF CALHAN, CALHAN AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES PARADES AND EVENTS against, and hold it harmless from, all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, including attorney's fees, which in any way arise from the Entrant's use of or presence upon EL PASO COUNTY and the TOWN OF CALHAN's property and facilities. 

- Entrant agrees to abide by all EL PASO COUNTY, The TOWN OF CALHAN rules and regulations. 

- If Entrant is using his/her own livestock (horse, cow, etc.) the animal shall be free from infection, contagious or transmissible disease. EL PASO COUNTY, The TOWN OF CALHAN, CALHAN AND SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES PARADES AND EVENTS reserves the right to refuse livestock if not in proper health or is deemed dangerous.

- This contact is non-assignable and non-transferable and is made and entered into the State of Colorado and shall be enforced and interpreted under the laws of this state. Should any clause conflict with State Law, then that clause is null and void. 

- If Entrant will carry minor children, it is their responsibility to obtain participation permission from minor's parent/guardian and will be responsible for minor.
