Signature Entrée Cookoff
As part of our Cajun Fun Fest: Centennial Edition festivities, we are hosting a Signature Entrée Cookoff on Saturday, April 14, 2018, from 11AM until 1PM. Registration is free, but you must sign up to participate!

-- All set-up must be completed between 6AM and 7AM on Saturday, April 14, 2018.
-- Food items must be prepared on-site at Catholic High. Limited meal prep off-site, such as chopping vegetables or marinating meat, is allowed.
-- Prepared food must be an entrée only, no appetizers or desserts
-- Chef(s) must prepare enough of their dish to serve approximately 100 people.
-- Chef(s) must provide their own cooking and safety equipment and ingredients. Catholic High can provide limited access to electrical power, but participants are advised to plan for providing their own fuel and power.
-- Competing cooks are not allowed to judge and judges are not allowed to cook.
-- Ice chests will be allowed to contain food for preparation in the cook­off.
-- Each team is responsible for the maintenance and cleanup of its cooking area. Catholic High will provide trash bags and designated dumpster areas. The head chef will be responsible for the conduct and behavior of team members and guests.
-- Catholic High will provide all serving items.

-- Servings will be sold to Cajun Fun Fest attendees for an online popular vote.
-- Winners will be awarded by popular vote, celebrity judges, and overall and announced by 2PM that afternoon.
