The Pride Network is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that offers LGBTQ+ leaders opportunities for personal transformation and professional development to create change within themselves and in our communities.

Currently, we are inviting LGBTQ+ professionals to serve as mentors to LGBTQ+ college students in our three-part program, the Transformational Leadership Initiative.

Each student selected for the Transformational Leadership Initiative, will receive three boons:

1) Up to $2000 from The Pride Network to finance the success of a year-long, local impact project
2) A mentor (perhaps you!) to offer guidance and support
3) And access to The Pride Network's signature EMERGE+ leadership training to foster their potential for success as a heart-centered leader amidst record levels of social division and persistent challenges to mental well-being
