Inclusive Leadership Training Series

Our University is dedicated to continuously advancing a culture of inclusion and belonging throughout our campus. To support this effort, we are first focusing on leadership training that focuses on strengthening authenticity and trust on teams. Teams and departments can sign to schedule a series of workshops that focus on either of the following components.

Improve team communication by learning more about communication and problem-solving styles, including understanding the significance of people’s preferred styles and developing flexibility.
