Fall 2025: Student Harm Reduction Coalition (SHaRC) Application
DUE: 11:59PM Sunday, September 7, 2025

Mission Statement: SHaRC seeks to acknowledge and confront the crisis of substance abuse in Philadelphia through meaningful education and clinical volunteer outreach.

We understand how stressful club applications can be, and as a service organization, we believe that everyone who is willing to commit should have the opportunity to become involved. We will accept as many volunteers as our shift capacity allows, on a rolling basis.

Please follow us on instagram @sharcupenn to stay connected with club-related updates. Additionally, feel free to reach out at sharcupenn@gmail.com with all and any questions.

Are you interested in being a member of the education committee?

The Education Committee is a leadership opportunity for members to be at the forefront of SHaRC’s campus and city-wide advocacy efforts. From hosting Narcan trainings and wellness tabling to organizing panels and leading GBM presentations, the Education Committee aims to spearhead educational initiatives that shift culture and empower students. You'll have the opportunity to amplify voices often unheard—those navigating substance use and housing insecurity—bringing their lived experiences into the heart of campus dialogue. Weekly commitment is ~1hr, in-person meetings!

If interested, there will be a separate application section and questions for the education committee
