STORE LESSON POLICY
Dear Amazing Music Students and Parents:
Because each teacher has only a limited number of time slots available, we ask the following:
To hold a regular time slot on a “Weekly-Basis” and receive the per-lesson discount:
- All lessons must be paid for in advance
- Each Student must be responsible for taking a minimum of one lesson per week.
Cancellation Policy:
*We ask you please call (310) 454-4669 at least 24 hours in advance.
*make-up credit lesson will be provided on a different day and time other than your
regular scheduled lesson. Failure to call will result in a charge for the lesson.
*All make-up credits expire one (1) year from the date of your original missed
lesson.
Each Student is allowed one (1) make-up credit per month. If more than one lesson per month is missed the additional missed lesson(s) must be paid in order to hold a weekly time slot, even if you are unable to be here.
This secures a weekly spot on a teachers schedule.
IF a weekly lesson cannot be secured, Lessons may also be booked on an: “APPOINTMENT BASIS”
- All lessons must be paid for in advance.
- If a minimum of four (4) lessons at a time are purchased, you will receive the per
lesson discount.
- The same 24 hour policy stated above applies to appointment-basis.
- All lessons are good for (6) months from date of purchase.
We have given thousands of music lessons and truly do love to teach. It is our greatest wish that each student has the best, positive “musical journey” possible.
