Session Description: HR folks — this is fire (as the kids would say). We've previously covered ChatGPT, but Anthropic's Claude takes AI to the next level... and you're going to love it!
We'll start with a quick overview of how to set up Claude. It's a little — truly just a little — more involved than setting up ChatGPT. Then, we'll dive into our use cases, starting with a common one:
- Creating a chatbot that uses company information (e.g., the employee handbook, open enrollment guide, benefits SPDs, etc.) to answer questions and create materials.
Then, we'll get into some really, really cool uses — including leveraging agentic AI:
- Creating an AI agent, specifically one that drafts responses to e-mails based on company information (i.e., the employee handbook, benefits information, etc.)
- Creating a chatbot for leaders to engage about classifying and writing (yup, actually writing) corrective action documents using the Company's corrective action form. For this, we show Claude material about the company so it can draft corrective actions that reflect the organization's core values...even off of a photo of an issue
- Use Claude to monitor the job boards of employment competitors. Have it give you key information about jobs posted by targeted organizations. Slick!
- Not for the faint of heart -- using Claude to review someone's online presence... We'll see what it finds on me.
