All deposit payments (credit card or otherwise) are non-refundable. All subsequent payments are only refundable by 25% with 60 days to show commencement. No refunds will be made with 30 days or less to show commencement. Please Note! There is a full refund given under the agreement if the show was to be cancelled due to travel restrictions and lockdowns.

The Harmony Suites, Secaucus requires a separate booking deposit of $300,, the remaining balance will be paid at check in.  Rooms will be placed on a first come first serve basis. Once application is accepted and completed we(show organisers) will be asking you for full card details on behalf of the hotel to secure your room. 
*To secure your room for the duration of the show it is essential that all rooms are taken up on Saturday 26th at the latest and departing on Tuesday 29th

Rooms available - Rooms and layout have changed with new hotel and management. We have a specific quantity of rooms available(Q.25) for showcasing vendors on this floor.

Flat rate of $209 + taxes per night 

If you plan stay longer or book in earlier you must let us know as soon as. Do not contact the hotel as they may place you in another room in the lead up the show and we do not want to cause any inconvenience.

Please note room rates may differ from show rate. In order to assist the hotel we need the following information as soon as.
