We have conference space available for your next office party, group program or upcoming function. Minimum of 5 people is required to rent conference space.

CONFERENCE SPACES AVAILABLE*
DeWolfe Dining Hall can hold up to 175 people - large groups
Cross Cottage Conference Room can hold up to 20 people - small groups
Morris Cottage Seating Area (with fireplace & full kitchen) can hold up to 10 people - intimate groups

MEALS AND OVERNIGHT LODGING AVAILABLE

SPECIAL DEAL
With 10 paid overnight lodging spaces, you will receive one complimentary conference space. A $50 deposit is still required to hold space and use in the event of a cancellation.

CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL DISCOUNT
Non-profit organization: we offer 10% off our regular rates for all non-profit organization. A non-profit certificate must be provided to receive this discount off the conference room rental.

*We will call to confirm that this date is available before we take your deposit. Deposit of $50 plus the $50 group membership fee is required to complete your reservation. Both are non refundable.

We are a non-profit organization and all guests must be members to come to Ferry Beach. We offer group memberships for businesses and organizations. The group memberships is for one function and covers all guests participating.

You will be contacted by the Hospitality Department to confirm your Conference Space Rental. You will be asked to pay a deposit of $50 along with your group membership fee of $50. Both are non refundable.
