Meal Order Form for Virtual Students/Virtual Days
This form lets a student who is a full-time virtual learner, order lunch for pickup. You must order in advance.

You are charged for lunch based on your category of grade and whether you are a full-pay, reduced-pay, or free student based on the Free/Reduced Lunch Application. If you have not filled out this form, it can be found here: https://www.cacheps.org/499079_3.

Lunches are picked up from 11-12:30pm at the Intermediate Car Line in the back of the Intermediate School. (This is the same place where summer lunches were handed out.)

You may fill out this form for the entire week at a time. Please fill out the entire form at least 24 hours in advance of lunch pickup. One form is required for each student. If you fill out all the information, we will have your lunch labeled and ready to go!
