Thank you for your interest in a Cothern Cards battle! Please read this carefully.

Only sign up for battles you can pay for and intend to participate in. If you make a habit of signing up but not participating, you may not be allowed to battle in the future.

Battles will fire once full and everyone has paid. In many cases, not all battlers will be able to view the battle live unless the are already viewing the stream. Thankfully, YouTube lets you rewind a live stream to watch the battle when you're available to watch.

Rules:
1. Cothern Cards has final ruling in all matters.
2. You may only sign up for one spot per battle.
3. You get to keep the cards you open unless otherwise stated or you choose a lower shipping method.
4. Shipping is not included in prices. You may have cards added to your applicable method of shipping if I'm holding your cards for you as long as they don't exceed the stated amounts.
5. The highest mana value of all rares and mythics and lowest mana value of all rares and mythics would win stated packs in each battle.
a. Lands have no mana value
b. X = 0
c. If a card with suspend has no value in the top right corner, it has 0 mana value
d. Dual faced cards count both sides
e. Foils count as their printed rarity
f. Phyrexian mana counts as 1 per Phyrexian mana
g. List cards count at printed rarity.
h. Time Spiral Remastered old border cards count at most recently reprinted rarity.
6. If there is a tie, the person with the rare or mythic with the lowest card set number (ie 1/250) wins the tiebreaker. If this is a tie, next lowest and so on.
7. You must be available to send payment when the battle fills. If you do not respond quickly, you may lose your spot if another willing battler is present.
8. Battles will not fire until all people have paid. Some battles may be filmed on YouTube videos. Some may be live on stream. I'll do my best to make sure you're present if live, but I'm not holding up battle waiting for someone. Thankfully, you can go back and rewatch live content.
9. Pre-sale battles will occur on the first stream after I receive the product.
