Recurring Credit Card Payment Authorization
You authorize regularly scheduled charges to your credit card. You will be charged the amount indicated below each billing period (1st of each month) your payment can process 5 days before the 1st or 5 days after the 1st. A receipt for each payment will not be provided to you. However, the charge will appear on your credit card statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least 10 days prior to the payment being collected.  All new and returning students will receive the first class for free and will be charge a prorated amount for the month that you begin class.

If your child DOES NOT ATTEND CLASS, you will still be responsible for their regular class fees.  If your fees are ever returned you will be charged a $25 return fee this will be added to your balance. All students with accounts overdue two weeks will be suspended until the account is current. Withdrawals must be received in writing 30 days prior to the withdrawal date.

Withdrawals must be received in writing 30 days prior to the withdrawal date and a fee of $250 will be charged if the student withdraws before May. Due to the nature of our training, we require full commitment for ALL sessions to ensure proper training, rehearsals, and roles.
