Nights Away Notification (NAN)
This form is for all groups and units in City of Newcastle to notify the DC about Nights Away.
One NAN form should be submitted for each group - if two or three groups are attending the same event together, it is acceptable to share the same permit holder and event leader - but one submission per group detailing how many young people from each section are attending is required.
Please note that your GSL or DESC will automatically be notified of your submission.
The details below are of those submitting the form - you can specify a different person as permit holder and a different person as event leader later if required.
