Fres.Co Space Rental Questionnaire
Fres.Co rents on a sliding scale for groups/individuals/organizations seeking to utilize our space on a one-time or reoccurring basis. Below are the key pieces of information needed to book your space.

Please review our rental pricing scheme posted on our website's RentalWe will then send you a rental agreement for signature. We require an upfront non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental price before the space is officially booked. Finally, we will contact you at least 1 week prior to the event to ensure logistics/contact info for day of.


*Notes*
- Unfortunately, Fres.Co is not ADA accessible at the moment. Serving all community members is important to us and we hope to eventually be able to serve those with disabilities or remove barriers to accessibility.

- Our bathrooms are gender neutral.
