If any event is cancelled due to Covid-19 health and safety orders, a full refund will be given to the vendors.
Non-Profit Organizations/Informational Booths and similar are FREE but still require approval and vendor application must be completed.

Vendors are required to pay their own taxes, however, Meeker Farmers Market requires a copy of your Sales Tax License (county and state) and Liability Insurance.

Vendors are required to post a sign with the name of their business on the front of their stand. Pricing should be visible or accessible to shoppers.
Vendors must ensure their space is properly cleaned and picked up after each market, please bring your own tools for cleanup such as brooks, towels, etc.
All vendors must have proper licenses required by the 2023 Meeker Farmers Market.
Produce and other food goods must be fresh, clean, and presentable. Containers used for the sale and transportation must be clean and sanitary.
Meeker Farmers Market reserves the right to approve or deny market applicants. Vendors are required to respect fellow vendors and customers and any vendors that are in violation may be asked to leave for the remainder of the market without refund.
All packaged food products are required to have labels that include Identity Statement, Net Weight Statement, List of Ingredients, Company Name, and Address. Please see the link below for more information regarding good labels:
