Paint and Sip Social *CLASS IS NOW CLOSED*
Saturday, April 9, 2-3pm,  Location: Hotel A, One West Range, McCormick Rd. Join the International Center at Hotel A for an afternoon of paint and tea! The International Center will provide all materials needed. This event is for participants ages 10+. *Due to limited space, registration for this event is capped at 25. If it fills and closes, you can sign up to join a waiting list.*
Birria Tacos Cooking Class *CLASS IS NOW CLOSED*
Thursday, April 14, 5-6:30pm, Location: Student Health and Wellness. Learn to make Birria Tacos with fresh salsa, rice, and beans at Student Health's Teaching Kitchen! *Due to limited space, registration for this event is capped at 12 participants. If it fills and closes, you can sign up to join a waiting list.* Further instructions will be emailed after registration.
UVA History Walking Tour *REGISTRATION CLOSED*
Saturday, April 16, 2-3pm, Location: UVA Chapel. Come learn about UVA’s early history and architecture while enjoying the beautiful spring weather on this UVA History Walking Tour. On the tour you will hear about the founding of the University, the construction of the Academical Village, and hear stories from UVA’s early years. The walking tour will leave from the UVA Chapel at 2PM, and the route will make a circuit of Central Grounds. Dress for the weather (the tour will be entirely outside) and wear comfortable shoes for walking.

O-Hill Trail Walk *REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED*
Saturday, April 30, 2-3pm, Location: Hereford Parking Lot. Need to get out of the house? Our IC volunteer will lead an O-Hill Nature Walk to get to know Grounds and each other on a nice, beginner level trail. Snacks/Trail mix will be provided (please list any allergies).
English Book Group *GROUP IS NOW CLOSED*
Tuesdays, April 5, 12, 19, 26, 10:30am-12pm. Join the IC on Zoom to discuss the spring book, West With Giraffes by Lynda Rutledge. You are welcome to join in as your schedule allows. *If you have already registered this semester, you do NOT have to register again*
English Conversation Group
Wednesdays, April 6, 13, 20, 27, 12-1:30pm. Participants gather weekly informally on Zoom for conversation. The group leaders create discussion topics and activities to help participants practice speaking English. You are welcome to join in as your schedule allows. *If you have already registered this semester, you do NOT have to register again*
Current Events Chat
Thursday, April 28, 4-5pm. Join the International Center in gathering for an afternoon chat on Zoom centered around current events based in the U.S. and around the world! You are welcome to bring questions about what you've seen/heard in the news to discuss with the group. **If you would like to cover a specific event/topic that you're interested in, please write it down in the Questions/Comments section below so our volunteer may research the topic for discussion.** This event occurs ONCE a month.

Our goal is to make the events as inclusive as possible although we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide all possible accommodations.
