Pumpkinfest 2026 - Volunteer Registration
Interested in volunteering at Pumpkinfest 2026? We'd love to have you!  Please fill out this form and we'll be in touch.

We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to be apart of our team for this years PumpkinFest at Heartland Forest.  From wearing a mascot suit, to crafts, to games and the trail of treats, there is something to do for everyone!

Shifts are: 
  • Friday, 23 October 2026  |  3:30PM - 6:30PM (Special Needs event)
  • Saturday, 24 October 2026  |  9:30AM to 4:30PM (Community Event)
Things to note:
  • Dress appropriately for the event, layers are recommended! 
  • Filtered water station inside - bring a reusable water bottle.
  • There will be complimentary snacks available for volunteers, Saturdays event will also have food available for purchase. No Fridge access for packed lunches or dinners.
