As you may know, the SAG-AFTRA Interactive contract is in negotiations and has been for over a year. This contract covers everything interactive (voice, face, movement... everything). The purpose of this caucus to support the needs of the movement community both in the negotiation room and in the volume.
If you don't know me, I am Andi Norris. I have been working in PCap for the last several years as humans, aliens, monsters, animals, kids, stunts, etc. I am on the negotiation committee to help represent the movement community. But even with all the games and interactive projects I have worked on, I still only really know my experiences. In order to speak confidently for the movement community, I need to hear from this community as a whole. This list is the first step in that.
Whether you are union or non-union, your opinions matter! What happens with this contract affects industry standards, regardless of your union affiliation. Your experiences are valuable!
