Tijuana Refugee Medical Support
San Diego Border Dreamers (SDBD) is reaching out to recruit medical professionals, students, translators and volunteers to help address the refugee crisis in Tijuana. Currently, over 5,000 asylum seekers are without adequate clothing, shelter, and medical care. Our most recent clinic on Saturday 12/1 was comprised of over 20 volunteers, treated 67 patients medically and 30 with acupuncture. This was done in collaboration with various medical and human rights groups, and we intend to continue to host clinics at shelters and camps in the near future. If you are interested in aiding refugees through medical support please fill out the following form.
