This form is for non-food vendors only. PLEASE READ FANFEST INFORMATION PAGE BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR APPLICATION. Application deadline is August 1st, 2019. NO APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE. Booth fees will be due within two weeks of approval. If they are not received within this time, your approval can be revoked. There is no guarantee for weather conditions. There will be no refund. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application.
