Booking The Future Front House is typically $85 to $250 per hour, depending on the nature of the event, the dates you request, as well as the amenities you need.
Our sliding scale rates are as follows:
- $85 per hour for events with less than 30 guests
- $100+ per hour for events booked within 2 weeks from the event start date
- $125 per hour for events with less than 50 guests
- $175 to $250 per hour for private or public events exceeding 50 guests (rate varies based on event type and includes cleaning fee)
If you're a Future Front member, neighbor or partner, rates are discounted to $60 to $75 per hour. Please indicate this in your request to qualify for the discount.
We will respond to requests in a follow-up email with a Future Front team member. From there, your interest in the space will be discussed via email to confirm calendar date and booking details.
