Items to Wear/Bring: See below.

* DRY SHOES/SNEAKERS - For use walking around the property and on the Cypress Trail. Do NOT bring or wear flip flops, open toed or heeled shoes
* SLOGGING SHOES - Dive boots or old sneakers with laces will suffice. You will be walking on partially/fully submersed terrain that can be extremely muddy on the Marsh Trail. You need shoes that will stay on your feet securely. Your footwear will get extremely muddy and dirty
* SET OF OLD CLOTHES - An old t-Shirt and shorts/pants will suffice. You will get muddy, and wet (possibly up to your waist)
* TRASH BAG - For putting wet clothes and shoes in after slogging
* CHANGE OF CLOTHES - So you don't have to drive home in wet, muddy clothes!
* WATER BOTTLE - One quart capacity at least. Any kind will do as long as it has a sealable top. Plus at least a gallon per person for rinsing. Note: There are no showers on-site.
* SUNGLASSES - Protect your eyes!
* SUNSCREEN - Minimum SPF 30, waterproof
* TOWEL - For drying off!
* PAPER + PENCIL - For documenting and data collection
* CAMERA (optional) - Bring at your own risk. You will be surrounded by muddy water.
* BINOCULARS (optional) - Bring at your own risk. You will be in muddy water.

CANCELATION POLICY: Kindly give us AT LEAST 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel for a training or event. Canceling with less than 24 hours' notice or failing to show at an event may result in ineligibility to attend future Pine Jog Events for 1 calendar year.
