The La Pietra Mentorship Program empowers students to lead lives of purpose by exploring career interests, gaining real-world insight, and building meaningful community connections. Through personalized one-on-one mentorship, students receive support and guidance as they develop their Junior Independent Project.

Typical mentor commitment is approximately 2–4 hours per month from August through December, which include in-person or virtual meetings, email check-ins, project-related support, and career-related guidance.

Can’t commit to ongoing mentorship? We also welcome classroom guest speakers, hosts for student visits or job shadows, and presenters for school assemblies. There are many meaningful ways to inspire and support our students!
